Global Programs and Operations Manager – Corporate Functions: Geographic Services
Major responsibilities
  • Manage Global Geographic Services (GS) Programs and Operations initiatives with strong focus on compliance (internal controls, risk and compliance, information securities escalations, policies management, etc.) and reporting
  • Partner with Global GS Communications, Change Management, Talent Strategy and Learning teams on a diverse range of initiatives to leverage our vision of re-imagining GS as an even more powerful foundation for Accenture’s success following five GS vision facets: Agile Business Partner, Innovative Solutions, Spirit of Hospitality, Connected Work Environments and Unified Customer Experience
  • Work with Global GS Business Functions and GS Market Units leads and POCs to drive timely, high quality and insightful executive reports
  • Identify opportunities for tactical improvements (e.g. through task automation, use of centralized tools / repositories etc.) and working with different teams to develop proper solutions including helping the Global GS People, Programs and Operations team strengthen innovation processes, tools, management reporting and culture.
  • Build highly impactful content and analysis, to drive strategic discussions and decisions with diverse stakeholders, collaborators and the team
  • Manage projects and work with leadership to implement initiatives
  • Research issues; prepare analyses; review processes, prepare light business cases which may turn into projects
  • Build internal initiatives framework, establish/optimize processes, implement, run, review and optimize/refresh to enable continuous effectiveness and efficiency
  • Support program office in enabling program teams to deliver superior results
  • Prepare key reports and executive decks to support GS leadership meetings and initiatives
  • Capture decisions actions from executive leadership meetings
  • Oversee management of GS distribution lists, org charts, access rights, MS Teams/private channels structure, etc.
  • Manage and facilitate regular and ad hoc requests to GS Leadership and others
  • Organize and run internal team meetings (scheduling, agenda, follow-ups, presentation) and keep internal MS Teams/Channel content updated
 Skills, experiences and mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills: able to deal confidently, tactfully and appropriately with people of different disciplines and at all levels of the organization
  • Experience of working across multiple geographic borders and time zones. Comfortable working across the North America, Europe, and APAC time zones and manage calls as necessary
  • Comfortable operating in a highly confidential, fast paced, agile environment
  • Strong project and operations management and organisation skills – Demonstrable ability to define a project approach, planning and identify the key factors and constraints; knowledge and competence in identifying risks, issues and dependencies, tracking and executing
  • Proven track record of supporting senior client or internal stakeholders in variety of scoping, planning, execution and monitoring activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - Capable of dealing with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully connect, collaborate and execute in a multi-disciplinary, multi-location team context
  • Excellent presentation skills, building story boards and power point presentations for leadership discussions
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to understand, interpret data, data visualization. Advanced in MS Excel
  • Strong evaluation and problem-solving skills: able to identify the real issue, and to anticipate requirements and potential consequences.
  • Logical reasoning: able to demonstrate rationale behind any recommendations and achieve consensus around proposed outcomes
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills: able to build strong relationships with multiple global stakeholders quickly via virtual tools; listen, understand and respond to any concerns.
  • Prioritization skills: Comfortable working within a large and complex environment with multiple stakeholders and interest groups.
  • Task management: Professional and organized approach to delivery. Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales, with minimal supervision.
