Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
The Knowledge Services (KS) team is responsible for the strategy and infrastructure behind knowledge sharing and collaboration at Accenture. The KS Business Analyst (Senior Analyst/Specialist) a functional expert for knowledge sharing software products that are to be built and maintained, and is responsible for aligning technology with business strategy and goals of our collaboration ecosystem (Search, community interaction, document sharing, AI systems…any way people can share what they know) used by 500,000+ employees. This involves working with the Agile Scrum Master and Developers to ensure stakeholder satisfaction related to product implementation. This person will need to be able to gather requirements to support, analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes in collaboration with a variety of stakeholder within and outside of our immediate team.
The ideal candidate:
  • Understand solution vision, roadmap and work with PO manager to manage the backlog of work throughout the project life cycle.
  • Assist with owning solution functionality and manage solution releases, content and schedules.
  • Work with the business to understand business requirements and translate into technology solutions.
  • Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and create epics, features and user stories.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and presence and able to maintain peer-level and management relationships.
  • Effectively communicate solution vision, roadmap and backlog of work -including success criteria- to the development team so they can provide work estimates and complete work to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Represent stakeholders in the project.
  • Communicate with Product Manager (customer) and Product Owner on a regular basis to provide feedback on progress implementing the vision.
  • Ensure end-user acceptance and understanding.
  • Participate in developing proposals validating the solution approach within cost and scope.
  • Develop deep platform-related industry, domain, or product expertise
  • Collaborate with User Experience team, planning ahead of time the UX research and designs to be ready for user stories creation.
  • Work closely with the UX designers during the definition of user stories, agreeing on *what* and *how* should be developed from a user-centric point of view.
  • Validate sprint reviews/demos considering UX designers as stakeholders.


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
  • Technical Writing skills
Functional skills
  • Must have good English both written and oral. English is primary language used for daily work.
  • Understands Agile Development Methods (does not need to know how to develop)
  • Demonstrated Use Cases and User Story writing from a functional point of view
  • Functional UAT / Quality Assurance 
  • Understanding of User Experience
