Job Description:

The role support the Corporate Functions GS Finance Organization through the financial support to UKI AWS ( GS Enterprise functions). Financial support means participation in month end, processing, forecasting, planning, and the follow-up of monthly cost expenses with the variance analysis. The role has to be taken as “financial assessor or counselor”. In this role the responsibilities are the following:

• Provide support to UKI 

• Actively involved in:

o Closing Pre-work analysis

o Accounting: Accruals, Reclassifications, Journal entries posting, chargeouts and capital tasks

o Forecast and Plan activities

o Variance Analysis D+3/+4 and Final Variance Analysis (SIAM/GVS)

o Master data maintenance: cost centers and WBSE creation and closure requests

o Depreciation Templates / Capital Plan support

o Headcount Analysis MTD and YTD

o Having standard calls with clients, get better involvement and recognize improvement’s opportunities.

 

 



Requisitos

Skills/Qualifications:

• Higher education degree (or working towards it) in Finance or Accounting

• Attention to details, pride in being accurate

• Strong communication skills

• Team player

• Proactivity

• Ability to independently manage work activity and take directions for multiple customers

• Desire to add value and continuously improve

• SAP / Technical skills

• Current understanding or willingness to learn the Accenture Economic Model

• Strong English & Excel skills

• Ability to adapt easily to fluid workload & prioritize accordingly

• Produce high quality deliverables in a timely manner, often within tight timelines.

• Experience in Accounting, Forecasting, Reporting
