Job Description:

Functions as the primary industry point of contact for CRM and Salesforce best practice

Attentive to detail, accuracy, and quality of data, committed to excellence, identifies problems, proactively raises data discrepancies, and continuously looks for improvement opportunities

Functions as a data entry, management, workflow, validation, escalation, approval, and quality assurance expert

Remains current on Salesforce process, best practice, and communicates changes

Works with marketing to ensure comprehensive campaign data capture and entry

Manages marketing campaign, contact, events and content data

Collaborates with industry marketing to enter campaign data within required timeframes

Provides weekly status updates of tasks complete, in process, and in queue

Monitors interaction effectiveness, keeps industry marketing aware of progress toward goal, and advises on how to improve performance

Serves as an expert on the business alignment of accounts and companies in Salesforce

Makes recommendations regarding deactivation and archive of out-of-date records

Helps marketing leverage self-serve reports to continuously improve data integrity

Manages non-OG requests to add, update, or market to Resources clients

Supports agency contact list builds and cleanses and central Accenture reporting practices

Assist training of new and existing industry users



Requisitos

Education 
University degree in Marketing or Business
Advanced level of English
