Job Description:
 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to Google Sales Lead and Director of Operations; main point of escalation for global Google sales pipeline process and issues

• Global Google Sales Pipeline Management - Responsible for maintaining the global sales pipeline (averaging ~375+ deals valued at ~$500M+) for Google account including:

o Creating and updating MMS opportunities

o Ensuring opportunities progress through sales process through New Business Meetings (NBM) and offline approvals according to Google account and Accenture policies (approvals from FOP, GCAL plus OU or Finance as required)

o Maintaining pipeline “cleanliness”, accuracy and compliance by working directly with respective account leadership team members including FOP (9), Service Group (5), Regional (4) and Sales Team leads; also maintaining relationship with all regional OSP teams

o Facilitating Big Deal Reviews (every other week) to discuss status of pipeline opportunities >=$5M

• Status and Reporting

o Publishing weekly status reports to:

 Sales Capture Leads and Commercial Team (Funnel and Sales Map)

 West CSG Sales leadership

 Google account leadership (Sales Dashboard)

o Monthly Sales Ops Metrics

o Quarterly Red Zone Status reporting

o Annual Account Planning

o Ad hoc sales pipeline report requests from leadership team

• BD Spend Management -  Responsible for ensuring BD spend for all RD and opportunities fall within firm guidelines including:

o Maintaining authorization lists for BD spend on all qualified opportunities

o Monitoring BD spend is below firm guidelines (based on Total Deal Potential Value) and locking down as soon as exceeding guidelines

o Facilitating additional BD spend approval requests (approval required by Commercial Director)

o Facilitating BD Travel approval requests (approval required by GCAL)

o BD Spend Reporting (as required)

• Maintaining Account Sales Process Training and Documentation for new Sales Leads

• Overseeing global sales operations team (team of 7+ resources located in US, Buenos Aires, and Bangalore)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
University degree related to Finance
Advanced level of English
 

Success Factors:

• Knowledge of Accenture Sales Process (NBM, MMS, key deal financials, etc)

• Process oriented: able to analyze, update, and deliver effective new processes based on frequent changes to Accenture and Google account priorities

• Excel guru: able to analyze sales pipeline (slice & dice data), collect relevant key metrics (compliance, win rate, etc) and maintain/update reporting efforts

• Time management: able to prioritize, delegate, and complete key deliverables; work w/team members in multiple time zones (India, Argentina, UK, ASEAN, Japan)

• People developer: PCS sales ops team is strong, but junior team members; will need guidance and “air cover” since they do work with various account executive leaders

• Risk & Issue management: ability to proactively identify risks and issues related to sales process
