Job Summary
The FS NA Internal Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting Business Operations, Sales Effectiveness and Program Management across each CSG and the FS NA OU. The specialist provides support to the FS NA Internal Operations Associate Manager, FS NA Business Operations Lead, CSG Operations Leads and the Sales Effectiveness Program Lead (SEPL).
 
Key Responsibilities

•Act as a point of a contact for programs, initiatives, and operations for an assigned area.

•Support program/project communications including team calls, agenda and materials to keep relevant stakeholders informed and engaged.

•Execute timely delivery.

•Track, measure and report project costs, performance issues and risks.

•Support management and mitigation of project / operations risks and issues.

•Create consolidated project status reporting and review project status and to identify issues. They may address risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders or action item assignees, or raise them to the attention of senior management for further direction.

•Provide support to continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics and training based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from stakeholders.

•Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals across corporate functions, finance, center of excellence, geographic units and the business to develop solutions.

•Collaborate with geographic teams to meet the needs of strategic initiatives.

•Support standard management reporting processes and metrics by creating templates, job aids and other materials as required.

•May manage policy controls, process metrics and integration with other functional teams.

•May backfill for the FS NA OU Operations Lead or CSG Operations Lead, new business meeting coordination/minutes, sales reporting/analysis for leadership, and process/application support for client teams.

Qualifications
 
Education
•Undergraduate degree completed
•Advanced level of English
 
Work Experience
•Typically has minimum of 3-4+ years of experience.
 
Work Requirements

•May be required to occasionally travel domestically or internationally

•May be required to occasionally work from home

•May be required to occasionally attend out of normal working hours conference calls

•May need to be flexible on work hours at critical sales reporting times, i.e. mid-month and month-end.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

•Excellent oral and written communications skills

•Accuracy and attention to details; prioritizes and plans work activities

•Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance

•Strong teaming skills

•Analytical skills; collects, researches and interprets data

•Highly proficient as end user of related operations tools and systems

•Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook), particularly Excel

•Understanding of Quality Management processes and policies

•Understanding of sales/opportunity management processes and policies (proficiency in SAP OM preferred)

•Understanding of basic finance concepts for a services company
