The Global Service Operations Identity and Access Management IAM CSS team provides infrastructure engineering, application development and operational support for Accenture s global enterprise sign on and multi factor authentication systems. Based on Microsoft s ADFS solution that offers cross platform Single Sign On SSO services to applications and users. These systems fall into the areas of Directory Services, Web SSO and Federation and Strong Authentication. Criticality of the systems requires 24x7 monitoring and support to ensure availability and high performance. To meet global support and project demands, IAM team members are located in India, Spain, Poland, Buenos Aires and the United States. IAM Level 11 Technologist is responsible for 2nd level support via standard incident response systems to ensure Identity and Access Management IAM CSS, Critical Services Support, services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations Monitoring and investigating IAM system related alerts to find root cause of issue Working as a team in providing administration, maintenance and support of all IAM related infrastructure and its connecting services.
