Job Description
“Legal Services professionals support Accenture's business, minimize risk and assure compliance with laws and company policies; provide specialized and deep areas of expertise; and coordinate all legal advice and counsel related to commercial arrangements and offerings, third-party alliances, complex outsourcing deals and transactions, intellectual property, public company responsibilities, board of directors support, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and regulatory support, and employment law.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Analyzes and solves problems that are low complexity and may be routine in nature where answers can be readily obtained.
Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has limited direct exposure with non-management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
Receives moderate  of level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.
Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
Review requests for approval of Business Intermediaries.
Support the Accenture Anticorruption Program.
 
Responsibilities:
 
- Assist with questions from Accenture Leaders regarding policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the internal clients located in others countries.
- Preparing and disseminating information regarding contract status, compliance, and modifications.
- Helping with adherence to company policies and procedures by assigned Contract Management, project or business personnel.
- Responsibilities include updating databases, coordinating meetings, record keepings and transcriptions.
- Timely escalate issues.
- Develop reports. 
 
Basic Qualifications
- Executive assistant or attorney student in charge of multiple administrative activities.
- Strong English skills - both written and spoken.
 
Professional Skill Requirements:
 
- Excellent Communication skills are required given the complexity around the process and the seniority of the different stakeholders.
- Exposure to senior leadership.
- Multicultural awareness.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- SharePoint and MS Office – M. Excel (Advanced).
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
