Job Description

• Review and improve processes related to rewards decision making for all stakeholders (may include Total Rewards CoE, GU TR teams, and rewards decision makers such as Talent and Group Leads and employees as recipients of reward outcomes)

o Contribute to planning and conducting design thinking “workshops” or ideation labs for sessions where various stakeholders may review processes or tool requirements to find the best path forward

• Take lead in organizing the Comp Admin sharepoint usage and maintenance including the sharepoint list used for tracking/processing service requests, central documentation repository (wiki), and access to users as well as oversee maintenance of the TR contacts lists and distribution groups (at current time) which are used to give access to areas of the sharepoint

• Manage the bi-annual security compliance review and ensure that the Roll On Roll Off documents, tool, comp data and sharepoint conform with guidelines set by the Global HR Compliance Team

• Plan and coordinate live support during 3 week decision making window – live skype support is used to answer questions from HR Coaches, Talent Leads, and Group leads; effort for this requires planning approach, training up the support team, and coordinating on this key support channel during our peak period

• Contribute to overall Implementation Effort for annual compensation administration roll-outs and process refinements

• Establish Relationships with GU Service Delivery Reward Teams, HR Shared Service Center Teams, Total Rewards Discipline Teams and CIO Delivery and Operations Teams

• Help coordinate Requirements Gathering, Design and Testing for annual compensation administration process

• Coordinate with CIO Operations on Hand-Off/Review of Requirements, Design and Testing Materials for all annual Implementations; Monitor Process Around All Hand-Off/Review Points between the HR Shared Service Centers, and CIO Delivery Centers

• Help create/maintain Operational Readiness Test Materials; Execute ORT Test Scripts; Lead ORT Effort

• Provide regular support to the Compensation Tool users while coordinating with the GU Total Rewards Partners and the Global Compensation Service Center (GCSC) team members in a manner that it seamless to the impacted users

o Available as “back up” or additional support in the following situations for escalations and to assist with issues/troubleshooting or coordinating with CIO OR in special circumstances when GCSC team members are out on PTO/Holiday or outside GCSC contact working hours, during transition time periods and peak times

o Attends in recurring/weekly calls and participates as necessary to help clarify responses, or provide subject matter expertise on adhoc tool questions or process questions as requested

o Help coach GCSC team members as needed on technical areas (Comp Tool set up or CIO topics, for example)

• Provide additional support for adhoc tasks including tasks that impact compensation administration across countries globally and for tasks that pertain to compensation but move beyond the tool/administration (i.e. work with contacts regarding benefits/performance/etc. questions)

Basic qualifications
University Degree
• Expert English level
Type of Experience
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills; Experience Communicating to cross-GU resources at all levels; Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to Quickly Learn New Software Packages; Interest in Hands On Software Role
- Ability to Research Complex Reward Issues, Propose/Negotiate Solutions and Influence Decisions with Multiple Stakeholders; Practice in Complex Concepts/Calculations Involved in Total Rewards
- Comfortable Communicating with All Levels of the CIO, HR and GSCO Organizations, with Ability to Translate Between Functional and Technical Language
- Familiarity with Accenture Delivery Methods Tasks and Deliverables Experience in All Areas of Project Management, including Work Plan Creation and Day-to-Day Resource Management
- Familiarity with All Phases of the Development Lifecycle for Packaged Development
- Comfortable Driving Own Work Effort with Minimal Supervision; Demonstrated Ability to Multi-Task; Exposure to Environment with Tight Timelines and Critical Deliverables
- Advanced Excel Skills; Basic Skill in Query Techniques Used to Create/Generate Reports
- Experience in Global System Rollouts;
- Exposure to Global System Rollouts with Packaged Software Past Participation on a Global Team with Distributed Resources
- Certification in Total Rewards Functional Area
- Exposure to Training Associated with System Rollouts
- Experience with HR ERP, Preferably SAP HR or SuccessFactors
Technical and Personal Skills
- A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones
- As this is a global role, the individual must be comfortable working remotely (i.e. via conference calls, etc)
