Job Description
• Plan and implement medium to high risk changes on production systems
• Planning and designing new platforms and integrating new technologies into existing infrastructure
• Evaluating new technologies and new releases
• Conducting cost analysis of newly designed platforms and technologies Focus on Accenture and industry standards, policies and best practices
• Analyze and assess the impact and risk of low to medium risk changes on production systems
• Resolve Level1/2 incidents affecting the operation/availability of production systems, through troubleshooting and implementing known fixes
• conduct trend analysis with a focus on proactive identification of events/issues that threaten performance and a consistent & timely resolution and documentation
• Deploy standard repeatable build outs
• Install, configure, patch and maintain appropriate technologies (e.g. servers/databases/network/ storage/software solutions) (Linux – Wordpress – Sharepoint)
• Manage and support backup strategies
• Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions
• Review the problem management register and identify and implement actions
• Assess/install/maintain third-party tools
• Make proactive suggestions for service improvements
• Demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence
• Coach less experienced staff in the supported products and best practice for production support
• Maintain and update technology documentation
• Identify and propose improvements to the processes and standards as necessary
• Assist in compiling training materials to support operational requirements
• Deploy newly designed platforms/software solutions
• Ensure schematics and design concepts provided by the technical architects are in compliance with published Architecture Technology Standards
• Perform problem management - diagnosis, root-cause elimination activity , escalation, tracking and permanent resolution of complex incidents
• Maintain a high level of knowledge on the deployment of technologies and/or software solutions
• Demonstrate ability to take ownership, be accountable and build loyalty in order to deliver service excellence
• Responsible for ongoing governance of technical integrity and capacity management of systems
• Update standards/project specific documentation as necessary
• Focus on innovation & continued improvement in cost and quality of the technology services
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduation in any field (mandatory)
• Post-Graduation in Business Management/Administration or Engineering (optional, not a must have)
 
 PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Deep knowledge of MS Office Tools – Including VBA
• Deep knowledge of MS Share Point
• Deep knowledge of coding, using SQL, MS Access, Java, C+ etc
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools (Tableau – Qlik- Power Bi)
