The Practice:

Intelligent Asset Management, With A Team of Leading Practitioners having deep functional & industry knowledge specializing in the areas of Asset Integrity and Reliability Management, Master Data Management, EAM & Maintenance Execution, Material & MRO Management, Industry Analytics and Digital Industrial Workforce. We Serve Across Various industries like Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Utilities, Chemical, Discrete & continuous manufacturing.

The Work:

  • Leverage cutting-edge analytics, AI, and GenAI to craft innovative and cost-effective solutions that unlock hidden value within our clients
  • Design and implement intricate digital roadmaps, ensuring a seamless transition towards an Analytics-powered future for asset management.
  • Possess a deep understanding of both the business and technical aspects of industrial software. You'll seamlessly integrate Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize project delivery.
  • Develop compelling business cases that pave the way for technological and organizational advancements.
  • Craft robust architectures, generate accurate estimates, and plan staffing and implementation strategies, meticulously evaluating all available approaches.
  • Lead and empower small teams, fostering an environment of efficiency and responsiveness.

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience. Industrial or engineering degree is preferred
  • Minimum 7 years work experience in industrial asset management, with a focus on Analytics-driven solutions and possessing a robust understanding of asset management, covering areas such as asset strategy development, predictive maintenance, asset criticality assessment, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, Enterprise Asset Management systems, work management best practices (work identification, planning, scheduling, and execution) and industrial data protocols, and platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in at least 2 or 3 of the following major industries (Automotive, utilities/chemicals/oil-gas/Energy) and expertise on Consulting/Systems Integration/ Solution architecture, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Deal Shaping (ability to collaborate in creating client value propositions, Product/Concept selling and Pre-sales/Solution Architecting) and Solution Planning (including experience and exposure in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops, joint solutioning sessions, co-creation session as well as formulating the solution storyline).
  • Proficiency in data analytics and machine learning techniques, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing predictive maintenance and optimization solutions including relevant certifications in AI or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud AI/ML certifications) are desirable.

Bonus Points If:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
