Accenture’s Youth Apprenticeship Program is a part-time, two year “earn and learn” program that provides structured learning and on-the-job training to build skills and prepare students to be work-ready after high school. Students split time between the high school classroom and Accenture workplace, working 4 hours each day, 4 days a week.

As a Youth Apprentice with Accenture, you will be aligned to Accenture Technology. This area of Accenture’s business delivers the services and solutions that power our clients’ businesses and help them tackle their biggest business problems.

Grow your career and capabilities with one of the leading business organizations in technology. Discover how being an apprentice at Accenture can help you kickstart your career. You will join a diverse and inclusive team while having exposure to stimulating work, various technologies and business functions, inspirational colleagues and leaders, and world class learning. At the end of the two-year program, youth apprentices can apply to Accenture's post-high school apprenticeship program – a typically year-long, full-time employment program that aims to prepare apprentices for career paths that historically required a bachelor’s degree. Apprentices in our post-high school program fill in-demand technology roles in areas such as Cybersecurity, Digital, Data Analytics and Cloud Migration.

You are interested in pursuing an alternative path into the field of technology and are eager to kickstart your career after high school graduation. Your top strengths include the following attributes:

  • Tech Savvy: You feel completely comfortable navigating technology/your computer. You have an interest or experience in full-stack development, native cloud programming, data analytics or agile project management.

  • Problem Solver: You get energized by solving problems.

  • Self-Starter: You enjoy learning on your own; you've frequently found tutorials or videos to help yourself learn how to do something.

  • Coachable: You have a learning mindset and know there is always room for improvement. You welcome feedback from your peers.

  • Dependable: You are reliable, responsible, and understand how important it is to be where you need to be, when you need to be there and prepared for what you need to do.

  • Team Player: You like accomplishing things as part of a team.

  • CareerWise participant pursuing a High School Diploma
