Program/Project Management Analyst

We are looking for a Program/Project Management Analyst, to join our team!

Role Description

You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects as measured by schedule, budget, quality of deliverables, and customer satisfaction. This role will assist with estimating, planning, executing, and deploying projects. During the project life cycle, you will regularly communicate status, and monitor risks, issues, and financial performance according to contract agreements. Additionally, you will use different project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, etc.) to best serve the client's needs.

Role Responsibilities

• Support senior team members with project planning, estimating and activity coordination.

• Support Project Manager with risk management activities, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings.

• Organize project files.

• Manage timelines and maintaining records.

• Track project financials, including validating the invoices.

• Project status reporting.

• Participate in project change management and change enablement activities.

Skills & Capability Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with project management activities (e.g., creating estimating models and/or pricing models; managing project financials, creating and maintaining risk/issue logs, change control process).

• Some experience with offsite and offshore delivery preferred but not necessarily required.

• Good oral and written communication; can communicate across different levels within the organization.

• Results-oriented/self-directed ability to drive change in an unstructured environment, self-motivated, self-driven, responsible.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Time management skills- Customer-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills.

• Good stakeholder management, with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.

Scope of Work

• Provides technical, administrative, or operational support.

• Primarily focused on own work, and execution of prescribed work plans.

• Lower-complexity work that is routine in nature and requires minimal judgement.

• Organizational Impact: Work efforts primarily impact self and immediate team.
