They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.We are looking for Design Experience Specialist!The Design Experience practice defines the dimensions of the collective experience of products, processes, services with a focus placed on the quality of the user experience and culturally relevant solutions. The designers in this group translate research into defining how human interacts with technology' and make the experience more useful, usable and compelling via iterative process. These experiences often delivered as user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction and experiences patterns.We’re looking for candidates that have a background in Service Design, and a proven track record in this space. What are we looking for people who have been involved in the practice of Service Design (design research, business design, storytelling) and have a portfolio that demonstrates your great work, and your ability to communicate a story.The Design Experience Specialist will be responsible of:- Create ecosystem of multi touch point interactions incl people, products places of service experience.- Design useful, effective, efficient, desirable differentiated touchpoints by understanding user needs, trends, business goals.- Manage client relationships conceptualize the service system, scope project deliverables, communicate with client deliver against the plan ensure highest quality deliverables.- Uncover user needs through research, develop deep insights, generate concepts, and craft how people will interact with the products and services we design.- Contributes to and is accountable for service and experience strategy, interface structure, and interfaces at the project level- Contribute to assets offerings thought leadership.

- 5 – 7 years of in-depth knowledge and experience of Interaction Design and Service Design across varied users, business problems, and devices.- Collaborate with our user research team to understand user needs, identify design opportunities, and create meaningful user experiences.- Participate in and occasionally lead Interaction Design and Service Design activities including client workshops, user interviews, and creative brainstorms.- Knowledge of and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions.- Knowledge of and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes.- Understanding of several areas of specialization within the greater design landscape, including but not limited to Design Research, Visual Design, and Content Design.- Ability to create experience maps, user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, flows, and wireframes.- Familiar with rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototypes.- Preparedness for being part of teams who focus on user-centered design practices to develop new products and services.- Experience working in service design studios or in Customer Experience areas.- Retail or Financial services experience (digital products or ecommerce).- Experience developing design experiences (customer experience) working closely with technology strategies.- Advanced English level.Accenture is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society and does not discriminate on grounds of race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other basis as protected by applicable law.
