Job Description
Delivery Lifecycle professionals envision, estimate, define, build and deploy Accenture's solutions using standard delivery assets to improve client´s delivery approach.



RES-Cross Industry professionals develop and deliver business solutions across all Resources industries.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Solves routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
Interacts within own team and with direct supervisor.
Receives detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
Decisions impact own work.

• 1+ year of experience in Service or Help Desk
• SAP (AP Module)
• English high level
• Customer service
• Client care advisor

• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
