As a Senior Recruiting Professional, you will develop an end-to-end recruitment strategy to achieve challenging hiring goals, in partnership with our internal stakeholders (Business Leadership and Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Employer Branding & Marketing teams) and external partners.

Thanks to a data driven approach and with a relevant focus on candidate experience, you will shape the most effective sourcing and selection processes, ensuring to meet our hiring targets in the smartest way.  

Passionate on candidate engagement and with an innovative mindset, you will be mainly responsible for:

• Full recruitment cycle for assigned business areas
• Team management, coaching and guiding colleagues on their daily best performances
• Candidate experience enhancement, reinforcing Accenture positioning as employer of choice
• Contributing to design and execution of sourcing and branding initiatives, in partnership with relevant teams
• Regular reporting and metrics to both HR and business leadership to articulate progress against hiring demand, with an extensive usage of our ATS
