Your mission
With your knowledge you will bring international customers to cloud-based HR management solutions. You will work together with SAP experts on exciting projects that will lead top companies worldwide into the future.
You will advise (international) customers and contribute your valuable technology knowledge to SAP SuccessFactors projects.
In short, you'll use proven methods to develop creative solutions that support our customers' high-performance HR processes and give them a competitive edge.
And last but not least, depending on your personal experience, you have the chance to make a career as a team or project leader.
What to expect
Evaluate requirements and design efficient HR processes
You analyze the business requirements and consolidate them into standardized business processes. You create the concept for system implementation and design enhancements to the SAP standard (RICEFW objects). You support the test planning and execution as well as the activities for the transition to productive operations.
Take responsibility
You regularly prepare status reports and, depending on your prior experience and career path, you take on team or sub-project leadership to ensure a smooth project process. Alternatively, you can develop into an expert with a comprehensive technical and functional skillset.
The earliest possible start date for this position is January 2026.

Qualifikationen
Job Qualifications
We are looking forward to:
Completed business or IT studies, e.g. in business administration, (business) informatics or industrial engineering
Project management experience, preferably in the relevant topics as well as practice in HR implementation projects
Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management, experienced in configuring, supporting, and optimizing payroll and time-related processes within SAP environments
Process knowledge in the HR environment and know-how in various cloud-based SAP human resources solutions as well as completed certification in at least one of the SAP SuccessFactors modules, e.g. Employee Central or Performance and Goals
Team player with high problem-solving skills and a good portion of customer orientation
German language skills
