Your mission

As a Corporate Investigations Counsel, your primary responsibility will be conducting and overseeing investigations into allegations of misconduct. You will provide critical advice to business leaders in assessing risk and determining appropriate responses. Your efforts will focus on effectively resolving accusations and refining compliance-related processes. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in fostering and maintaining a culture of integrity and ethical behavior at Accenture.

Your daily work

  • Lead corporate investigations.
    You carry out and support inquiries into claims of misconduct reported through Accenture’s channels. This includes defining the scope of the investigation, developing investigative plans, reviewing documentation, conducting interviews, writing reports, and recommending remedial measures.

  • Develop internal strategies for protecting organizational integrity.
    ​Providing guidance and advice to senior management about risks associated with misconduct allegations is a key part of your role. Additionally, you are tasked with training and supporting attorneys and other investigative personnel in conducting investigations into misconduct.

  • Stay informed on legal developments.
    You stay up to date on legal developments affecting investigations, reporting individuals’ rights, accused individuals’ rights, and compliance-related standards.


Who you are

  • With a law degree complemented by two years in workplace investigations, you have a solid legal foundation.
  • You have three years of experience in employment law, gaining a deep understanding of its nuances and complexities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strategic business acumen, and confidence in handling sensitive, ethical conduct, compliance, and personnel-related matters are among your key strengths.
  • Balancing a team-focused attitude with the ability to work autonomously, you are adept at navigating multi-national and diverse cultural environments.
  • You express yourself clearly and confidently in German and English.
