Your mission
As a Testing Science Manager for Responsible AI, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying AI solutions that prioritize responsibility and ethics. Partnering with industry leaders, you will serve as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders. You will ensure that AI systems align with ethical principles, legal requirements, and organizational values. Your efforts will enable our clients to better serve their customers and bring our vision for responsible AI to fruition.

Your daily work
- Transform input into responsible AI projects.
You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives. By translating these needs into actionable project plans, you will deliver innovative solutions grounded in the principles of ethical AI.
- Develop state-of-the-art AI models.
Leveraging your expertise in testing science, you will guide your team in building cutting-edge AI models that are not only effective but also fair, transparent, and aligned with societal values.
- Craft business deals.
You will participate in client sales talks and proposal preparation, highlighting the value and feasibility of responsible AI solutions.
Qualifikationen
Who you are
- With a minimum of five years in client-facing data science roles, you can demonstrate proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, Spark, and SQL, as well as in analytical techniques such as regression modeling, clustering methods, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Boasting over three years of experience in both responsible AI — specifically in model fairness, transparency, explainability, robustness, soundness, and privacy — and machine learning modeling techniques, you excel in fine-tuning and assessing the performance of models using specialized libraries.
- With a strong background in database and big data technologies for at least five years, you can handle both structured and unstructured data.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is part of your skillset, backed by at least one year of practical work.
- You speak English and German with remarkable fluency.
