As a team:  

Accenture have recently launched the Adobe Business Group (ABG) globally; a focused executive-level effort between Adobe and Accenture, to turbo-charge our joint business, and deliver outstanding customer experiences for our clients. You will be part of an exciting environment -- in our first year as ABG, as we have the energy and pace of a start-up, merged with the stability of a well-established Adobe capability (Accenture have been delivering Adobe work since 2001).  


We have the opportunity to scale our ABG capability into the wider Accenture network (Accenture's clients span the full range of industries around the world and include 91 of the Fortune Global 100 and more than three-quarters of the Fortune Global 500.)  


We are looking for someone who can work with clients and account teams to develop and contextualise Adobe’s market leading solutions in the B2B space using Marketo, to meet a client’s customer experience asks in their content landscape, The ideal candidate is a technology strategist who is not only able to show how technology supports the business strategy, but also how technology can create new opportunities and help accelerate client ambitions by delivering relevant experience powered by modern technology stack. 


In our team you will 

  • Provide solutions to real business problems for a range of UK & EU clients, focusing on optimising commercial, customer and operational value creation 

  • Apply your experience gained in delivering data, technology and people change initiatives 

  • Identify marketing and media value drivers to ensure a relevant benefits realisation plan Learn to merge innovative thinking and practical delivery, leveraging the Adobe Business Group and

  • Applied Intelligence extensive knowledge and client offerings

  • Lead teams to deliver projects that enable our clients to drive value from their MarTech investments

  • Define how project teams will approach solving a problem, ensuring the sum of the parts come together to create tangible value and a sustainable change 

  • Assist in defining client proposals working closely with the Business & Data Strategy Director 


As a Platform & Business Strategy Senior Manager, you will:   

  • Work with organisations to change how they serve, sell and interact with customers. Embedding a data centric and digital first culture, and maturing core customer experience capabilities. 

  • Create synergies between business strategy, customer outcomes and platform investments  

  • Unlock value from customer data and customer experience platforms, aligning the workforce to continuously improve the customer and colleague experience.

  • Educate our clients on how to embrace data and technology, and ensuring business readiness to optimise return of investment.

  • Collaborate with Accenture & Client teams to achieve mutual understanding of the problems to address and how to address through the development of technology and business capability 

  • Build strong relationships with clients to help them accelerate value from their Platforms


We are looking for experience in the following areas:  

  • Client side and consultancy experience, delivering business and technology change to improve customer engagement, product sales and market expansion.  

  • Effective communication skills leading inquiry and alignment across organizations, to deliver on a vision and unlock commercial and customer value through the platform strategy 

  • Mobilized teams to focus on business outcomes, stimulating the right discourse to ensure technology and business change decisions can be made quickly. 

  • Designs ‘fit for the future’ use cases deep diving into the role of data and the benefit an omni-channel customer experience strategy can yield  

  • Ability to correlate customer experience metrics and commercial objectives to express how the platform strategy will unlock value and enable measurement  

  • Has helped organisations decide what technology enablers are needed to fulfil their requirements and enable their customer data strategy.  

  • Has challenged organisations on how they orchestrate customer journeys in order to make the most of customer data and the features available in current technologies that enable an integrated customer experience across paid, owned, earned channels.  

  • Hands on experience managing and executing customer interactions,  achieving sales and retention benefits using sophisticated decisioning techniques.  

  • Good project management skills. Ability to translate programs into digestible projects and create plans with realistic milestones.  

Set yourself apart: 

  • Broad knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and it’s products 

  • Good communication and presentation skills 

  • Prior experience in defining or being involved in large scale transformation programmes 

  • Prior experience working with technology and commercial leadership teams, proven in gaining consensus and influencing decisions made

  • Prior experience in leading teams to deliver tangible results from technology and business change
