Your responsibilities


Are you good at accomplishing demanding missions, and well-versed with Oracle applications process design and configuration? Then here is the right challenge for you: You will design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions that assist your clients in achieving their business goals.


  • With an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives, you will analyze your client’s situation, find solutions to complex business problems and implement the corresponding Oracle solution.

  • You will be involved in setting the strategic direction, discuss significant matters with clients and colleagues at senior management level and have the latitude to make decisions related to critical assignments.

  • Managing large teams, you will be the one responsible for: Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and the Oracle application technical architecture.

  • Extensive experience with CRM (Oracle or other technology), multiple modules and applications within the Oracle CX Sales Cloud platform and agile delivery methodology
  • Proven track record as a delivery lead, developing, integrating and implementing a significant full lifecycle cloud project, preferably in CRM technologies
  • Experienced project manager
  • Familiarity with the goods, retail or pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment and to work with functional and technical team members
  • Business fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages such as German or French a plus
  • Creative and analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to travel
