Ready to shape how global organizations design and experience digital customer service? Together with Microsoft and Avanade, we build the Digital Contact Center Platform (DCCP) – a cloud-based, AI‑enabled contact center solution built on Dynamics 365 and CCaaS. This platform is used in real client engagements, global demos, and flagship showcases.

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Dynamics 365 Solution Lead who enjoys owning solutions end‑to‑end, influencing how platforms are used, and leading through expertise rather than hierarchy. This is not a people‑management-only role. You will lead by doing, shaping solutions that are seen by clients worldwide.

YOUR MISSION: 

  • Own functional design and use cases for Dynamics 365 Contact Center & CCaaS

  • Translate business ideas into clear user stories, journeys, and demo scenarios

  • Lead collaboration between functional SMEs, architects, and developers

  • Own DCCP demo environments – from concept to client‑ready validation

  • Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and reference architecture

  • Act as a trusted expert in client discussions, demos, and internal showcases

  • Drive delivery readiness, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement

Requisitos

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or similar

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field

  • English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)

  • Strong understanding of Contact Center / Omnichannel / CCaaS concepts

  • Ability to structure requirements into user stories and journeys

  • Confidence in client-facing discussions and live demos

  • Comfort working between business and technical teams

  • Solid understanding of integrations, data flows, AI & automation (hands‑off technically)

  • Experience with pre‑sales, demos, or reference solutions is a big plus
