We are looking for an analytical and dynamic professional to join our Fraud Investigation team in Accenture Argentina, with proven experience in data management. As the FIT Procurement Strategy Specialist, you will be mainly responsible for designing and performing Recurrent & Ad-Hoc Reporting using different sources & tools. Data Ingestion, Data Monitoring & Completion Request will be under your scope. Provided thoughtful operational guidance to help keep KPIs on track, offering supportive leadership and valuable business insights. Contributed to initiatives that fostered team development and a positive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the Global Data Tracking QA (Data Quality Assurance – Data Monitoring, Ingestion, Completion).
• Be the POC for Global Subject Matter Experts in relation to Data Tracking, Reporting and Strategic Initiatives.
• Design & Perform Ad-Hoc & Recurrent Reporting (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
• Provide Support on any matter related to the Strategy & Operations areas.
• Give strong advisory on any potential GAP and/or Enhancement over the FIT Process to the Strategy Leads & Operation Leads.
• Develop and implement tools and solutions to automate and optimize operational and strategic processes.
Requisitos
• Demonstrates effective communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrating the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Demonstrates agility and consistently meets deadlines. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken – Required
• Be proficient in designing and developing solutions using tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience in Customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to prepare management reports and associated metrics.
• Strong analytic skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adopt a Data-Driven Approach basing decisions and proposals on thorough and accurate data analysis.
