CORE and Global Services (CGS) is a group of legal professionals working and supporting different legal areas such as Compliance, Regulatory Offerings, Ethics, Procurement, Corporate Matters and the Services Areas aligned with the new offerings and technologies such as Strategy & Consulting, Interactive, Technology, Security and Operations.
Employment Law Role Summary: To support the Employment Law team in Americas on litigation management, handling of external counsels, budgeting, research, employee relations matters, keeping trackers, due diligence, drafting of basic employment documents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Employment Legal Team in Americas in a wide variety of labor matters, such as:
Litigation support
Employee relations matters
Due diligence and V&A advisory
Maintain and update various litigation and request trackers
Support Global Employment Law with Tech and Innovation initiatives.

Requisitos
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience at law firm or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing
Work Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English with strong oral and written communication skills. Other languages will be considered a plus.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
Some experience and interest in employment law is required.
Experience in drafting of legal documents is required.
Detail-oriented, sound judgement, prioritization, organized, and adaptable.
Good at using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Certifications will be considered a plus.
Comfortable with technology and has experience in the use of tools & databases
Team player who looks to build trust-based relationships; and proactively helps team members
Demonstrates keenness to learn and train on new processes and areas
Basic awareness of Accenture offerings and function specific services performed
