We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor with strong experience in fraud investigation, process improvement, and automation to join our internal Fraud Investigation team.
This role is critical in driving data-driven decision making, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and well-visualized information, and leading the automation of existing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.
The ideal candidate combines deep fraud-risk and audit expertise with hands-on technical skills, and is able to translate operational and investigative needs into scalable automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in the internal fraud investigation team, providing functional fraud knowledge and audit expertise.
Assess and map existing fraud investigation and audit processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
Design, implement, and maintain automated solutions that improve data quality and accuracy, reduce manual effort and investigation time, and ensure consistent and scalable fraud reviews.
Translate fraud and audit requirements into clear functional and technical solutions.
Ensure proper data management, governance, and documentation using tools such as Excel and SharePoint.
Develop and monitor performance metrics for automated processes, continuously optimizing solutions based on results and feedback.
Requisitos
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience
5+ years of experience in fraud investigation audit, risk management, process optimization, or automation.
Proven experience leading audits or improvement projects with significant organizational impact.
Hands-on experience in automation development
Technical & Automation Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis, including data extraction, validation, and transformation.
Hands-on experience in process automation, using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and/or scripting languages such as Python or VBA.
Solid understanding of process improvement and optimization methodologies.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (data handling, modeling, validation).
Experience managing and organizing data and documentation in SharePoint.
Ability to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions aligned with business and control requirements.
