HR Partners are the single point of contact in HR for our people and our practice leaders. You’ll help our people thrive through building deep personalized relationships and proactively support them through their life, career and project experiences. You’ll succeed in this role by knowing our people and business well.
Requisitos
Basic Qualifications:
- Portuguese Advanced Level & English inter/Advanced level – (MANDATORY)
- Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience
- You will work from 7 to 16pm
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management
- Prior consulting experience or HR/Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience working with large, fast paced organizations
- Excel skills
- Experience using HCM tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.)
