We are looking for Project manager professionals across the Service Delivery Lifecycle, managing teams and work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

We are looking for professionals with:¡
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Supply Chain Transportation projects implementing Blue Yonder TMS solutions.
- Design and configure BY TMS, including master data, configuration, integration with legacy systems, roles, etc.
- Develop and implement optimization strategies, integration models, and database structures for BY TMS.
- Partner closely with clients to ensure expectations are met and value is delivered, especially during organizational changes.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills (Essential):
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain Transportation projects implementing Blue Yonder TMS solutions.
- Experience in +3 full cycle BY TMS projects in client-facing roles in Shipper industries (Consumer Goods, Pharma, Retail, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of BY TMS design, configuration, optimization strategies, integration models, and database structures.
- Hands-on experience with BY TMS in all aspects: master data, configuration, integration with legacy systems, roles, etc.
- Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions, and closely partnering with clients to regularly confirm expectations are met and value delivered.
- Experience in supply chain transformation projects.
- Passion for technology trends such as Mobility, Cloud, Digital, and Collaboration.
- Clear understanding of key methodologies, approaches, and market trends.
- Technical Skills (Desired):
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with some days in the office and others from home.
- Must reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.

Job Location:
The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona, with a hybrid work model that includes some days working from home and others in the office, where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.
