Job Description
The Global Technology HR - Service Delivery HR Lead, Manager role is designed for individuals excited about guiding decisions, solving problems, and building relationships within Accenture Technology's broader HR teams.

- Key Responsibilities: The role involves partnering with senior business and HR leaders, managing Technology HR matters within a technology practice to simplify and smoothly run talent processes and projects
- Required Competencies: Essential competencies include being a trusted advisor, influencing leadership, having strong executive presence, collaborating effectively, driving progress, and managing processes.
- Experience and Skills: Candidates should have experience in both operational and strategic projects, project management, strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Accenture’s business and Technology service.
Responsibilities:
- Partner to the business and HR Leads, on overall strategic direction
- Guide decisions and lead actions through insights while maintaining documentation that reflects the as-is and to-be approach
- Proactively analyze Talent KPIs and “tell the story” behind the statistics
- Ensure smooth running of various talent processes
- Own stakeholder communications (calls, emails, other channels etc.) that articulate the right level of detail, to the right audience, at the right time
- Partner with Market HR teams on talent strategy initiatives for the Technology Practice
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as applicable
Work Experience
- Demonstrated experience working on both operational and strategic projects
- Strong background in project planning, management and execution
- Able to drive complex actions to completion, across a wide range of individuals and teams
- Reasonable understanding of the services offered cross-Technology
- Good understanding of Accenture’s business and organizational structure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence others
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
