Procurement Analytics PMO Job Description
Job Summary
The Procurement Analytics PMO will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of procurement data analytics, to create presentations and dashboards. This position requires a strong background in data analytics, excellent proficiency in Excel, and the ability to manipulate raw data to create insightful reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional presentation skills, capable of crafting professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and experience in procurement.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in procurement activities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using Excel and other data analysis tools) PowerBI, QlikView, etc.
• Generate detailed Excel graphs to illustrate key procurement metrics and performance indicators.
• Work closely with reporting teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key findings, spend, revenue and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare communications templates & messages
• Collate and format presentations using inputs from the wider team
• Assist with scheduling and logistics for regular team training & Meetings
• Manage collaboration tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Group Email Directory Administration etc.
• Assist with administration & delivery of mini projects
• Assist with creating reporting and data analytics based on business requirements
• Assist in developing process frameworks
• Contribute to strategic decision making as a trusted advisor produce weekly and monthly reports as per agreed schedules
Requisitos
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a procurement or supply chain environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and graphs.
• Experience working on data designing
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Advanced reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of raw data to extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to create professional and compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 3+ years of Procurement preferably in process management and/or service delivery operations
• Polished, professional presence
• Project coordination experience
