Finance Business Management Specialist
Financial planning, analysis, and reporting role for Corporate Functions Finance - Growth & Strategy / OCEO & GMC. Responsible for executing monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, other accounting processes and month end task.
Work on ad-hoc analysis and operational projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate monthly reporting pack including Executive, Management & specific reports.
- Preparation of the monthly business variance analysis explaining variances to budget.
- Financial Planning and Management.
- Analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
- Develop working relationships with Finance leads and Accenture Global Finance teams while providing support regards the Accenture Economic model
- Active participation in planning and quarterly forecasting processes.
- High level of exposure with Senior Managers and Leadership.
- Create ad hoc financial reports as needed.
Requisitos
Skills Required:
- Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excel and Power Point skills. Macros desirable and SAP/BR experience.
- Must display initiative and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels.
- Advanced English (Oral/Written).
