Our Topic Advisory team is a specialty sales advisory service within the Strategy & Consulting Global Network. We specialize in Accenture’s priority business offerings with expertise in how to go-to-market and best position Accenture to win work. We are the sales lab that works with offering leadership, equipping them with relevant market insights, customized sales messages, and curated sales assets to originate, sell, and win.
You are:
An experienced Consultant or Manager who is comfortable working with senior Accenture stakeholders. You have an executive presence and deep expertise in some of the Technology Strategy & Advisory solutions. You have led or supported TS&A projects. This includes Technology Strategy, Transformation Excellence, Cloud Strategy, Data & generative AI strategy, Technology Value Management, Enterprise Architecture & Digital Core, Tech Operating Model & Talent.
The work:
As a Topic Advisory Consultant or Manager, you provide high touch sales support to our TS&A teams, closely partnering with the TS&A Topic Advisory Lead for the Market. This will include but is not limited to the following:
Planning and Origination
- Support annual planning to outline sales targets, target clients, and enhancement of sales assets.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify which companies to target over next 6-12 months.
- Lead sales / pipeline reviews with leaders.
- Prepare for and support first conversations with potential clients.
Proposals / Orals
- Define proposal response requirements and best sales messaging approach.
- Bring the latest knowledge and best of content to each opportunity (e.g., industry trends benchmarking, competitive insights, etc.)
- Help shape the overall solution (approach, team, pricing, differentiators, etc.) to best fit the deal requirements.
- Prepare for and support orals with innovating ways of selling to help differentiate Accenture.
Content Management / Continuous Improvement
- Develop go-to-market approach / assets.
- Maintain global repository of sales assets (e.g., proposals, stage 0 decks, credentials, etc.)
- Conduct reviews (loss / delivery) with client teams to understand how we can improve
- Harvest reusable, scalable deliverables.
- Stay relevant through training, research, client interaction and feedback sessions.
Requisitos
Role and Responsibilities
- Helps to create winning proposals for TS&A clients, in some cases from end to end, interacting with practitioners across Accenture, industry and functional subject matter experts, and other teams as needed
- Works with the TS&A practice leadership to support deal origination (e.g., sales pitches, initial client conversations, positioning papers, and other origination efforts)
- Collaborates with deal teams through proposal storyboarding sessions and aligns content and messaging for conversation starters, proposals, oral presentations, and other materials
- Helps to build and maintain sales assets (e.g., stage-0 decks, capability overviews, playbooks)
- Harvests content collaboratively to help Accenture’s global knowledge/content management teams maintain a repository of the latest sales and delivery assets (e.g., credentials, proposals, deliverables, and resumes)
- Helps to coordinate work with other supporting teams (e.g., graphics designers, research analysts) to provide a single point of contact for internal clients
