We do this by offering a range of digital solutions including video, customized sites, interactive prototypes, web presentations, and storytelling experience platforms.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Frontend Developer to join our global web development team, alongside project managers, UI/UX designers and other web developers.
Interactive Graphic Design is part of the Pursuit Services team which has a global presence. Pursuit Services work on a 24*5 model and has a 600+ team members spread across the world.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in JavaScript and extensive experience with React. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Frontend Features: Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using JavaScript, React, and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to create fast turnaround websites, implement new features in our core template and improve existing ones.
- Optimize Performance: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Write Clean, Maintainable Code: Follow best practices for coding, testing, and version control. Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and testing.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and suggest improvements and innovations to the team.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs in a timely manner, ensuring the stability and reliability of the applications.
- Mentor Junior Developers: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and contributing to the overall development of the team.
Requisitos
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Frontend Development:
- Strong understanding of core JavaScript concepts, including object-oriented and asynchronous programming, closures, prototypes.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) features and syntax.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its ecosystem (hooks, component lifecycle).
- Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Context API).
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with CSS pre-processing platforms (e.g., SASS, LESS).
- Experience in DOM Manipulation to dynamically update web content.
- UI Framework and Design:
- Proficiency in Material UI or similar frameworks for building responsive and accessible UIs.
- Expertise in creating responsive web designs for various devices.
- Experience in working with Figma design tool
- Knowledge of animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, framer-motion).
- API Integration and Data Management:
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in using data fetching libraries (e.g., Axios, Fetch API).
- Familiarity with RTK Query or React Query.
- Development Tools and Processes:
- Experience with Vite or similar build tools.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.
- Knowledge of the Visual Studio Code (VSCode) editor and its features for efficient development.
- Debugging Skills:
- Well-versed in debugging JavaScript and React applications, including identifying and resolving issues efficiently using the browser console and within code editors.
- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder interaction.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with TypeScript in a React context.
- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Experience with additional React libraries (e.g., react-router, react-hook-form, react-intl etc.).
- Understanding of CSS-in-JS solutions (e.g., styled-components, Emotion).
- Experience with additional JavaScript libraries (e.g., lodash, date-fns, zod, d3 etc.).
- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards.
- Some experience working with AWS Cloud Services.
- Basic experience with Linux commands.
