HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? 💥
· Participate in large global programs which help our retail clients (mainly in North America) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance.
· Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects.
· Perform detailed analysis of Business Processes & Requirement.
· Design configurations and customizations of solutions
· Identify data for value realization, perform data analysis and develop business case
· Guide Change Management teams for planning and implementing transformation.
· Help enable and improve the processes of planning, merchandising, and selling goods and services across various channels.
Requisitos
Job Qualifications
· Prior industry experience (2-5 years) in Retail OR Prior experience in Management Consulting with hands-on exposure to Merchandising, Supply Chain, Omnichannel, Digital Transformation, Retail Analytics, Platform implementation.
· The processes of planning, merchandising, and selling goods and services across various channels. (Store, E-commerce)
· Technology Platforms selections and implementations across Relex, JDA, Oracle or SAP
· English Advanced (Mandatory)
· Bachelor degree (Desirable)
