Overview of Responsabilities
The AEM Sites Experience Strategist is a key member of the AEM Platform Strategy team within the Marketing Capabilities & Agency Services team which is part of the broader Marketing + Communications (M+C) Intelligent Services group. Within M+C, this role ensures that our marketing teams are operating at world class levels and consistently innovating and improving to remain best-in-industry.
For our external-facing website (AEM Sites); the team manages our technology roadmap for the marketing and recruitment elements of the website; the oversight and evolution of the website user interface, features and functionality. Collectively, the team drives the evolution of accenture.com to enable our stakeholders, or “content owners,” to tell our company’s story online, creating deeper relationships with our target audiences of current and potential clients, jobseekers, media and investors. As the AEM Sites Experience Strategist you will lead the AEM Sites Solution Strategist.
The AEM Sites Experience Strategist role is focused on maximizing the effectiveness of our corporate website, accenture.com which also includes recruitment, newsroom, and investor relation site sections. The role is critical in stitching together teams, stakeholders and vendors to understand the robust business and functional requirements of each section of the site. You will partner with the Digital Strategy team as they reinvent our web strategy and help define, and refine, the optimal user experience strategy within the site section, page template elements and site (and page/template) features and functionality. You will understand and play a role in the determination of the design system capabilities and functional parameters and assist in steering component development. The AEM Experience Strategist will also collaborate with accenture.com Site Publishing team to make sure the website meets the needs of the daily publishing team, and partners with CIO to guarantee the smooth operation of the website and its associated functions (content supply chain, search, job postings, personalization, audio/video, etc.)
The AEM Sites Experience Strategist will work closely with various M+C stakeholders, including the following teams: Brand, Accenture Internal Agency (Canvas), global content delivery, CIO, Digital Strategy, functional and geo marketing, external agencies, content owners, and digital leads to deliver a best-in-class site experience, taking full advantage of our design system.
The AEM Sites Experience Strategist is instrumental in ensuring that our digital presence meets the high expectations of our customers. You are responsible for defining and executing strategies that optimize the use of Adobe Experience Manager and related technologies to deliver exceptional digital experiences to our customers. This role combines expertise in AEM, digital marketing, and customer experience strategy to ensure that our digital assets and campaigns align with business goals and user expectations by harnessing the power of AEM and related technologies to deliver personalized, engaging, and effective digital experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
