Service Hive - Content Senior Analyst
The Content Senior Analyst collaborates with Industry X marketers to develop and deliver high quality content and communications to engage our audiences with impact and reports directly to our Industry X Service Hive Lead.
They are:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across the M+C Organization to deliver topic-based campaigns grounded in priority client issues and critical sales initiatives.
- Develop best-in-class messaging that is clear, relevant and consistent across channels.
- Partner with Industry X M+C leads to ensure quality, effectiveness and timeliness of input and output.
- Manage projects and workflow. Review and adapt approach based on performance insights. Communicate, share and store insights and information in an efficient way.
- Lead the onboarding program for new team members and assist the team with overall organization, program management and coordination.
- Project management for special projects across the team, such as budget management, events, social campaigns, internal campaigns and content creation.
- Use Accenture Marketing + Communications tools, e.g. SynOps to know the work across all teams, and identify areas of collaboration.
- Helping with budget management across the team – including raising POs, accruals, budget tracking
- Supporting the team to communicate, share and store information in an efficient way
- Assisting the team with organization, program management and co-ordination of activities
- Support the sharing of metrics across the team to measure the success of marketing activities
Requisitos
Qualifications and Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (degree in marketing, communications or related preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing and communications or related field—experience in a large, global organization is highly desirable.
- Strong written and oral communication skills. The ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to multiple audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement and measure multi-faceted marketing plans and programs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organization, program and time management and content development skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones, meet tight deadlines and communicate status on concurrent projects.
- Strong negotiation, influence, mediation, conflict management and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Bold creativity and a passion for new, futuristic technology trends and content, and ability to continuously learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and drive to learn new tools and processes
- Sensitivity to the cultural variances across different countries.
