Key accountabilities:
The Global Time & Expense Business Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating the global Time & Expense policy and developing standard processes, metrics, and reporting to support global Time & Expense business operations.
- Coordinate updates to global Time & Expense Policy 0063 and country supplements working with the Policy Oversight Management (POM) team
- Develop reports and data visualization to support monthly Time & Expense Steering Committees, quarterly Market Unit reviews, and ad hoc data requests
- Standardize global quality and training program processes and metrics
- Provide support for continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics and training based on ongoing experience, process metrics, and feedback from stakeholders
- Demonstrate competencies in communications, management/administration, decision-making/problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Deliver desired business outcomes and/or service commitments through the use of effective planning and execution
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with team members to achieve a successful teamwork environment and also with peers and stakeholders globally
- Act as PMO for ad hoc projects

Qualifications:
Skills and Experience:
- Time & Expense process experience and expertise
- Microsoft Office skills essential, especially Excel
- Reporting applications skills essential, such as PowerBI and QlikView
- Experience with complex large data sets
- Strong reporting and data visualization skills
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize work, providing accurate high-quality work under tight and often pressured deadlines
- Demonstrated success leading small-medium work efforts and projects of moderate complexity
- The ability to proactively mitigate risks and engage those appropriate to develop solutions
- Stakeholder management expertise. Strong collaboration skills and ability to drive results across cross-functional, multi-level and multi-geography teams
- Strong, professional verbal and written communications skills
- Agile and quick to adapt, able to accelerate a learning curve
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, self-driven
