Key accountabilities:

  • As a Risk and Compliance Manager within the Procurement Plus Risk team, you will be responsible for risk management projects that span across Procurement and other functions
  • Your responsibilities will be the following:
  • Support the detection and assessment of risks that could impact the company, and help develop an integrated approach to manage those risks.
  • Manage risk and compliance management projects, from scoping and requirements through deployment:
    • Ensure that project goals for each step of the project is clearly defined
    • Proactively manage and monitor execution of projects deliverables
    • Coordinate and drive efforts of all stakeholders and resources involved
    • Manage project plan, ensuring that critical path is identified and milestones are met
    • Report and manage overall project/release status back to the project sponsor and stakeholders
  • Get familiar with various procurement and risk management tools, understand the data in these tools and understand how the data can be used to manage risk and compliance. Perform data analytics as required to identify and manage possible risks.
  • Support, as required, global or local crisis management efforts related to procurement or suppliers – or other urgent initiatives aimed at addressing rapidly a risk arising from a third-party or from a procurement process

Requisitos

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in risk management, risk analysis or complex project management
  • Proven experience management skills
  • Team worker with good ability to coordinate across diverse groups, communicate ideas and agree solutions
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both autonomously and in collaboration with other team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for complex problems both from a business function/process perspective and from a technical perspective
  • Self-learner, interested in learning about new tools and technologies related to risk management
  • Able to draft process in Visio
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, PowerBI)
  • Good presentation skills (PowerPoint)
