This role has a key responsibility to refine the frameworks and principles of Staffing and/or S/D Balancing process, with intent to drive integration of processes and technology. Success in this role requires the ability to imagine new and improved way of working, evolve those ideas in a collaborative team environment to an executable framework with defined principles which support business needs.
The TSC function manage plays a key role in educating stakeholders on the business value and outcomes of a particular TSC process. Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Key responsibilities include designing, building TSC programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver to Accenture’s long term HR strategy and business goals.
The role defines requirements to shape programs, processes and services to fulfill business needs via talent supply chain services.
Be able to create executive level communications that engage the attention of the intended audience.
The person in this role will be expected to facilitate education sessions with various stakeholder groups on the ‘why’ and value of the processes in relationship to the business need; guide stakeholders on how to make connections between data and recommendations/solutions.
The position requires the ability to initiate collaboration across various HR, Corporate Functions (Finance, Sales, Legal), and the Business (Project Leads & Practice Leads) to facilitate process connection points for the purpose of creating improved integrated ways of working to deliver on the future of Staffing & Balancing.
The role operates in a small team covering different components of TSC, working with innovation and agility mindset.
