  • Weigh ideas, solutions, and approaches based on business value potential and outcomes

  • Continuously shaping the future of Staffing & S/D Balancing to remain current and relevant as the business changes

This role has a key responsibility to refine the frameworks and principles of Staffing and/or S/D Balancing process, with intent to drive integration of processes and technology. Success in this role requires the ability to imagine new and improved way of working, evolve those ideas in a collaborative team environment to an executable framework with defined principles which support business needs. 

The TSC function manage plays a key role in educating stakeholders  on the business value and outcomes of a particular TSC process.  Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility.  Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. 

Key responsibilities include designing, building TSC programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver to Accenture’s long term HR strategy and business goals.

The role defines requirements to shape programs, processes and services to fulfill business needs via talent supply chain services.
Be able to create executive level communications that engage the attention of the intended audience.

The person in this role will be expected to facilitate education sessions with various stakeholder groups on the ‘why’ and value of the processes in relationship to the business need; guide stakeholders on how to make connections between data and recommendations/solutions.

The position requires the ability to initiate collaboration across various HR, Corporate Functions (Finance, Sales, Legal), and the Business (Project Leads & Practice Leads)  to facilitate process connection points for the purpose of creating improved integrated ways of working to deliver on the future of Staffing & Balancing.

The role operates in a small team covering different components of TSC, working with innovation and agility mindset. 


We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones

  • As this is a global role, the individual must be comfortable working remotely (i.e. via conference calls, etc)

  • Ability to create and provide input into executive communications.

  • Experience of creating successful and productive high level working relationships as a means of driving strategy, process design, development and implementation

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the internal and external business environment

  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English (Please attach your resume in English)
