The Delivery Excellence Senior Analyst will be responsible for analysing processes to identify weaknesses and suggest improvements. This role supports a Process Transformation whereby the employee will help in defining the global standard during this multiyear transformation. Work with stakeholders to create an enhanced customer experience for Accenture.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders within Accenture.
Work with the function to identify the key pain points, understand constraints including cost, quality, effectiveness, and other factors
Conduct virtual workshop sessions as needed
Support in identifying problems and provide resolutions using root cause analysis
Support process improvement efforts
Work in a team setting
Operate in a flexible, adaptable fashion across multiple workstreams
Complete assignments and daily tasks with independency after understanding goals.

Requisitos
Must have
Business Excellence / Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools and concepts as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Process Improvement concepts and tools
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Good to have:
Experience in transition management, or consulting experience
Experience working in a global, virtual environment with a virtual team across time zones
