Campaign Management Operations PM – CL11 Analyst
The Marketing & Communications (M+C) Campaign Management Operations Project Manager (PM) is an exciting opportunity for a well-organized and results-driven project management professional to play a key role in Marketing Operations at Accenture.
The PM specializes in helping organize and streamline the Campaign Management tools, internal processes and practices, ensuring internal operations run smoothly day-to-day, working with the Campaign Management team members and other PMs to track data, manage reporting and facilitate the correct Campaign Management execution.
Responsibilities:
- Use management tools to bring visibility and transparency to the marketing team
- Support Project Managers and Campaign Managers on creating different reports
- Supports reporting and metrics requirements
- Analyzes and manages campaign management data
- Interacts with the Data & Analytics team to ensure they have any required inputs/updates to generate dashboard reporting
- Oversees campaign pipeline and identifies risks and PM resource constraints
- Identifies insights and optimizes the PM process
- May have growth assignments such as assisting other teams or process improvement
Requisitos
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years project manager/coordinator
- Experience working in Excel developing reports using formulas and pivot tables
- Marketing experience a plus
Experience and Skills:
- Exposure to various project methodologies: traditional, Agile, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Results driven, detail oriented and well organized, excellent follow-up
- Efficient meeting management
- Data analysis and insight finding
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Produce high-quality, detailed work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
- Proficient with MS Office tools and experience with project management tools
