Mandatory Requirements
- 🎓 Completed degree studies (e.g., Business Administration, Digital Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
- 📅 2–4 years of work experience. At least 1 year of experience in CMT companies.
- 📊 Advanced Excel skills.
- 📈 Knowledge in Project Management / PMO.
- 📊 Experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
- 🇬🇧 Advanced English (written and spoken).
- 📈Solid understanding of basic financial statements – Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows; college-level accounting concepts, financial ratios.
Desirable Requirements
- 🔄 Experience in transformation-related projects.
- 📊 Experience in Marketing, Go-To-Market, or Sales Operations.
- 🗺 Experience in process design, mapping, and improvement.
- 🧠 Experience in management consulting.
- 📊 Experience preparing reports (e.g., Sales Pipeline Analysis, Operations, Sales Flow, ADM Staff Management).
- 🌀 Knowledge of Agile methodology (Jira, Jira Align, Scrum).
- 🔄 Experience in Change Management.
- 🧩 Familiarity with VRO (Value Realization Office).
