Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing lifecycle by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that elevate the quality and integrity of deliverables across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and automation coverage to enhance efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Familiarity with quality assurance best practices and methodologies in an agile environment.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to integrate testing processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
