Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide a comprehensive assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to facilitate their migration to the cloud. Your typical day will involve planning, delivering, and implementing application and data migration strategies that leverage both private and public cloud technologies. You will focus on creating scalable and high-performance solutions that drive next-generation business outcomes, ensuring that the migration process aligns with organizational goals and enhances operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration processes.
- Analyze and optimize existing cloud architectures for improved performance and cost-efficiency.
- Design and architect cloud infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy as Code (PaC) principles
- Develop and implement strategies for secure and scalable cloud environments, leveraging DevSecOps practices
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud infrastructure
- Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines for cloud resources using tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Define and enforce policies for cloud resource management and security using tools like Sentinel
- Conduct regular assessments of cloud infrastructure to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure design and implementation


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools and automation frameworks.
- Experience in assessing and optimizing cloud resource utilization.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy as Code (PaC) concepts
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (esp. Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools
- Experience with security and compliance standards in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Proven experience (min. 3 years) in cloud infrastructure architecture and design
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
