The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting program stakeholders by delivering accurate and timely data insights. This position is responsible for generating meaningful reports from multiple tools and data sources, analyzing information based on business needs, and communicating findings on a regular basis to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize business processes and workflows across the program.
- Identify potential risks, data issues, and process gaps, and proactively escalate them.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
- Own database management activities, including data integrity and maintenance.
- Perform data and application updates to ensure system accuracy and continuity.
- Take ownership of assigned processes, tasks, and responsibilities end‑to‑end.
- Act as the first point of contact for database‑related issues and customer escalations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Identify and escalate data and program‑specific issues to appropriate management levels.
- Proactively identify internal and external best practices to improve end‑to‑end processes.
- Generate, analyze, and maintain Tier I & Tier II client reporting.
- Collaborate closely with external stakeholders to develop and continuously improve processes.
Requisitos
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- 18+ months of experience in Supply Chain or a Business Analyst‑type role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in database management.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
