The role will Gather, analyze, and model HR metrics, and key performance indicators, using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision making. Continually seek to expand knowledge and share it with the team. Partner with others on the team to create innovative solutions to address challenges. Provide excellent stakeholder management and customer service to understand priorities and needs and deliver solutions that address those needs. Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Understand Accenture data privacy and HR data governance. Understand the overall strategy, priorities, and objectives of the assigned customer segment. Understand HR Metrics, acquiring know how of the digital reporting products and analytic offerings relevant to the assigned customer segment and drive awareness, education training, and adoption of the products. Collaborate with Accenture teams to address business issues and influence change using strategy, industry and analytical skills.

Requisitos

Must Have Proficiency in Microsoft tools advanced reporting systems. advanced Excel, power query Experience working in complex teams in a fast paced environment. Experience providing effective customer service in the area of reporting and analytics. Experience designing and delivering report and analytic based solutions that meet customer needs. Ability to work under tight deadlines, high pressure, and with multiple competing priorities. Agility, adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work cross culturally Proficient oral and written communication skills in English Visualization skills. Comfortable with systems and technologies. Passion to learnNice to Have Knowledge of analytics and reporting in HR or other relevant areas. Experience with exposure to HR systems and data, preferably within Accenture. Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps Workday Reporting Analytics Storytelling
