•Centralize cross stakeholder support on specific processes / tools.
•Supervise a set of team members that provide operations support to different organization
•Take and run new processes that are a priority for the organization:
-Help define the support model
-Help stakeholders with the adoption of the new process/tool
-Become go-to-person for these processes/tools
-Run and optimize the process.
•Look for synergies cross team members to provide a standardized/optimized support (help scalability)
•Help connect stakeholders with the broader Ecosystem Services team for the on-demand services.
•E.g. on processes being handled within this team:
-MMS Campaigns (new)
-Pipeline & coding support
-Ad hoc reporting
-Help coordinate status meetings
-PMO on key/strategic initiatives
-On-boarding of new resources
• May be required to travel occasionally
• May be required to attend conference calls outside of normal working hours
•Demonstrated experience on implemented innovation ideas / automation
•Versatility to work on different initiatives simultaneously
•Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language
•Detail oriented and organized
•Project management knowledge
•Problem solving and root cause analysis
•Confidence and poise in interactions with senior executives
•Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook)
