The Research Knowledge Sr. Analyst works within the Research and Editorial Team and reports to the Research and Editorial Lead and Knowledge Specialists to envision and support the high-performance agenda. The Knowledge Sr. Analyst is aligned to an Accenture Strategy Functional Area and Operating Group and may help oversee pool of Analysts as needed
 
Key Responsibilities

• Executes research process, requests, activities at a global level

• Works closely with Research and Editorial Lead and Specialists regarding status of daily requests

• Engages with Client Account Teams on function specific aspects of the request as needed

• Researches and synthesizes relevant content (both internal and external)

• Identifies content gaps and makes recommendations to the Lead

• Manages SLAs and collaborates with Analysts within team

• Coordinate and transition work to other time zones in accordance to agreed SLA

• Performs some review of results and assist in delivery

• Provides feedback to Research and Editorial Lead and Specialists on ways to streamline processes and identify areas of improvement

• Assist with value add activities as needed at the regional and global level

• Continually builds Accenture Strategy and Consulting related knowledge, industry and overall Accenture knowledge

• Stays engaged and participates in aligned business function/global group activities

• Networks in Community of Practices and across the practice and Accenture to promote the team and cross services

Relationships

Reports to: Research and Editorial Lead

Supervises: N/A

External Relationships: Client Account Team, other proposal teams, Offering Development (OD) Team and Knowledge Management Services (KMS) Team

Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent

 

Required Skills:

 

• Fluent English language comprehension (written and oral)

• Strong communications skills (written and oral)

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Knowledge of search engines and proper search criteria

• Some managerial skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Flexible in working times to account for working with a demanding client, as well as a global/virtual team

• Ability to work independently and in a virtual environment
