Job Description

Data Privacy Attorney bilingual Spa-Eng

1. To be the first POC for, Data Privacy Contracting requests and RFP enquiries requests forwarded from the DP Inbox.. Triage the DP requests based upon complexity, and handle contract reviews/questions which are low or medium complexity based upon subject matter knowledge, provided training and available tools and resources.

2. Review and redline the low and medium complexity Contracting requests received from Legal teams (TCMs/CMs/Contracting Counsel) and provide necessary support and guidance. Assist the DP team legal counsels for “High” complexity requests as required.

3. Familiarize the Legal Professionals (TCMs/CMs/Contracting Counsel, DP team and others) at a high level with the key steps and processes relating to contracting reviews and RFP response requests.

4. Track contracting requests/activities received and processed by the DP team members in the Advisory Weekly Requests Tracker and circulate the dashboard within the Advisory tower.

5. Provide support and liaise with the CDP opportunity support team in relation to RFP responses support and maintain a tracker for updates on of RFP response support on RFP Response website/link.

6. Act as backup for LGSC SME for EU Model Clauses review, to assist with review and guidance for EU Model Clauses agreements.

7. Provide ad-hoc support to DP team members under the Advisory tower as required.

University degree in Lawyer
Advanced English level
