I’m working on a transformational project for a massive multinational technology company, as they undergo an end-to-end (product ideation all the way through end of life) digital thread transformation. Given the complexity and broad reach of the product, the project is no small—or simple—feat. It takes more than a thousand people five-plus years to develop and deliver a new product.
We’re simplifying and streamlining the process to ensure that all information that is collected and required during the product development timeline is easily discoverable and available, and that it’s structured in a way that a product can be mass manufactured while meeting customer and quality requirements.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me mountain biking or adding to my collection of more than 75,000 photos. Watching my two college-age children grow up and seeing them each succeed in their own way is the ultimate experience.
