You will be involved in the following activities:
Implementation of new operating models / digital processes (e.g. design of customer journeys, preparation of the agile room)
Definition of requirements for the implementation of new application solutions
Development of services related to the energy transition, smart mobility services, smart city services, organic and inorganic growth initiatives (e.g. identification of new value propositions)
Optimization of customer operations through automation and artificial intelligence tools, digital customer platforms, intelligent asset management, trading & energy management, etc
Preparation of proposals and responses to calls for tenders
Coordination of junior resources for carrying out the above projects
Deliverable monitoring to ensure the customer expectations
Continuous improvement of the soft skills necessary both to establish lasting and trusting relationships with the customer's main stakeholders and to guarantee an effective way of working in the project team

2 Years’ experience in the utilities sector and the main trends, challenges and opportunities to be faced
Passion for innovative issues relating to the energy sector (e.g. climate change, sustainability) and for trends related to new technologies (e.g. IOT, AI)
Intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement approach
Project management and resource management skills
Experience in management and customer interaction
Knowledge of the main office automation tools
A Technical Degree (Engineering/Maths/Physics…)
You speak and write English fluently
You love to share and learn different things
